What ClipSeek Is

ClipSeek is a beta web app for livestream creators, editors, and creator teams. It helps users detect, generate, review, render, and prepare short-form clips from livestream content.

The product may connect to livestream source platforms such as Twitch and upload destinations such as YouTube or TikTok when a user authorizes those accounts.

Beta And Development Status

ClipSeek is currently in beta/development. Features, availability, limits, pricing, integrations, and generated results may change as the product improves.

The service may contain bugs, interruptions, inaccurate recommendations, or incomplete functionality during this stage.

Your Content Responsibilities

You are responsible for the livestreams, clips, metadata, captions, descriptions, hashtags, exports, and uploads you process with ClipSeek.

You must own the content you process or have the rights, permissions, and licenses required to use, edit, export, or upload it.

Generated clips are suggestions. You choose which clips to review, approve, export, or upload, and you remain responsible for the final published content.

Connected Platform Accounts

When you connect a third-party platform account, you authorize ClipSeek to perform the actions shown during that platform's authorization flow.

Third-party services and platforms, including Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Deepgram, OpenAI, Supabase, and Railway, have their own terms, policies, review processes, and limits. Your use of those services is also governed by their terms.

Prohibited Use

You may not use ClipSeek to process, generate, export, or upload content that violates laws, platform rules, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or the rights of others.

You may not misuse the service, attempt to bypass limits or security controls, interfere with the platform, scrape unauthorized data, or use connected accounts without permission.

Service Availability

ClipSeek may update, pause, limit, or discontinue features as needed for development, security, operational, legal, or platform-integration reasons.

We do not guarantee that every livestream moment can be detected, rendered, uploaded, or stored successfully.
