Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 28, 2026
This policy explains the main categories of data ClipSeek may process while the product is in beta and being reviewed for platform integrations.
Data We Collect
ClipSeek may collect account information, connected platform account information, OAuth tokens, stream and clip metadata, generated clips, transcripts, feedback labels, upload status, and operational logs.
This data may include livestream source URLs, creator/channel identifiers, clip timing, scores, review decisions, render status, upload job status, and error details needed to operate the service.
How We Use Data
We use data to authenticate users, connect authorized platform accounts, detect clip candidates, generate and render clips, upload clips when requested, improve recommendations, debug issues, prevent abuse, and keep the service secure.
User feedback labels may be used to evaluate and improve ClipSeek's clip recommendation quality.
User Content Processing
Livestream audio, video, chat, transcripts, metadata, and generated clips may be processed to provide ClipSeek features.
Some content may be sent to third-party services only as needed for transcription, analysis, storage, hosting, upload, or platform integration functionality.
Third-Party Services
ClipSeek may use third-party services including Supabase, Railway, Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Deepgram, and OpenAI.
These services may process data according to their own terms and privacy policies when they are used to provide authentication, hosting, storage, livestream access, uploads, transcription, analysis, or infrastructure.
OAuth Tokens And Connected Accounts
OAuth tokens are used only for authorized platform actions, such as reading permitted livestream/account information or uploading a clip to a connected destination when requested or configured by the user.
We do not ask for or store your third-party platform passwords. Account authorization is handled through each platform's OAuth or login flow.
Data Sharing
We do not sell user data.
We may share data with service providers only when needed to operate ClipSeek, comply with legal requirements, protect the service, or complete actions authorized by the user.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for a beta-stage product, including access controls and protected handling of sensitive integration data.
No system is perfectly secure, and beta software may change as security and platform requirements evolve.
Deletion Requests
Users can request deletion of their account data, connected account data, clips, transcripts, and related session data.
Some operational or legal records may be retained when required for security, compliance, abuse prevention, or service integrity.
